How to Put the Fun Back in Your Practice
Has stress taken over your office? Do you and your team feel like there’s not enough time in the day to get everything? Does it seem like the front office and back office are at war some days?
It may be time for everyone to recharge their batteries.
At least once a year, you and the team should also attend a lecture or a seminar on clinical advances in dentistry, practice management or other relevant subjects.
These outside-the-office activities help keep everything in perspective and build team cohesion. Pediatric dentistry is supposed to contain an element of fun. Stepping outside the office occasionally is a good way to keep the fun in the practice or bring it back into the practice.
